Guide to Logging into the New NetSuite Instance for Testing Purposes
This guide provides detailed instructions for accessing the new NetSuite instance, specifically designated for testing. The process is straightforward and aligns closely with standard NetSuite login procedures.
Step-by-Step Login Instructions:
1. Accessing NetSuite:
- Navigate to NetSuite by visiting the https://www.netsuite.com website
2. Selecting the Testing Instance:
- Upon logging in, you may either be directed straight to the new NetSuite instance or encounter a selection screen.

- If a selection screen appears, you should click on ‘Avonside Energy Ltd_NEW Sandbox’ to proceed to the testing area. This option can be accessed by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, you may see ‘SB’ instead of ‘Sandbox’
3. Verifying the Test Environment:
- To ensure you are in the correct testing environment, check for these indicators:
- The address bar will display '9304536-sb1'.
- 'SANDBOX' will appear in orange text in the top left corner of the screen.

4. Returning to the Current NetSuite Instance:
- After completing your testing, you can switch back to the current NetSuite instance. Click on your name in the top right corner and select ‘Avonside Energy Limited’ from the ‘Account Name’ section.
Important Notes:
- The 'Sandbox' option and the 'Avonside Group Services NetSuite' instance will be phased out following the completion of the switchover to the new system. Post-switchover, you will log in to NetSuite in the usual manner, without these additional steps.
